Bruce Parker DMD provides treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea using an FDA approved oral appliance customized to fit each patient. The device works by positioning the lower jaw forward during sleep which keeps the airway open. Oral appliances are compact and convenient, fitting in the palm of your hand, require no electricity, wires or tubes and are easily packed into luggage for travel. Dr. Bruce Parker has been delivering exceptional dental care since opening his practice in 1980. Dr. Parker attended the University of Pittsburgh forcosmetic dentistry his undergraduate studies, graduating with a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology in 1976. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine in 1980.
Dr. Parker is a charter member and Fellow of the World Congress of Microdentistry. He also maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the Cerec Study Club.
